The program provides intensive, individualized, short-term services to families in order to increase parental capacity and create safe and secure home environments. The goal of the program is to assist families with identified needs in order to prevent children from being removed from their homes or prepare families for the return of their children. Services are provided in Clackamas, Washington, Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, Lane, Umatilla, Morrow, Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. The program provides observation and feedback, parent training, skill building, support accessing services and transportation, and funding for basic needs. ODHS caseworkers can make referrals.
